Medina Creative Housing has a brand-new name. We are now Creative Living Unlimited. Our new name more accurately represents the breadth of our mission in support of individuals with disabilities. We provide housing, services and supports. We currently serve clients from six counties. We have 103 homes. We place no limits on those we serve to become the best version of themselves. We have five affiliates and have created 18 support programs.

Creative Living Unlimited is setting the bar high as the standard for intentional communities everywhere, giving families peace of mind and their children full lives. We move into the future on a solid foundation with a new name that says it all. Our possibilities are unlimited. Welcome to the Creative Living Unlimited family!

Creative Living Lifestyles was formerly known as Medina Creative Accessibility. Its goal is simple. We help our adults become all they can be.

We do this through outstanding direct support providers and transportation essential to accomplishing our mission. We offer 18 different programs. You can come to us for college experience, vocational training, recreational activities, therapeutics, and employment. We are an asset to the community while we provide jobs at our Grande Café, locally roasted coffee, Z’s ice cream shop, produce and pet care facilities. We are justifiably proud of Creative Living Lifestyles employees, who make a real impact in the community as reliable and productive members of the workforce.

We continue to receive a constant flow of inquiries from people who want to duplicate our housing development concepts and communities across Ohio.

an affordable pathway to independence

Creative Living Medina started in 1992 with five single family homes in Medina as Medina Creative Housing. All we provided then was a home, but no wraparound services. Today there are 44 residences for adults with disabilities along with limitless possibilities for employment, wellness, social activities and recreation. Creative Living Medina brings the family touch.

Medina Creative Housing expanded to Middleburg Heights in 2021 with 16 garden-style housing units. As with other Creative Living government-subsidized locations, we are making an impact here and enhancing lives. We transport both residents and day clients to our programs in Medina, near Middleburg Heights and elsewhere. Creative Living Middleburg Heights is complete with a community center and strategically located amongst stores and restaurants.

If you want to make the move to independent living, you may want to experience our multi-person transitional residence called Creative Living Brunswick, formerly Medina Creative Housing. Here adults enjoy an independent living experience with efficiency units equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, and comfortable shared living space. We have identified a need and envision expanding this housing opportunity in the future.
