The Grande Café & Roastery brings together multiple vocational training programs for individuals with disabilities. Our Grubologists create delicious salads, soups, wraps and other gourmet food from the freshest produce straight from our own Creative Living Produce hydroponic greenhouse located half a mile from the café. A true farm-to-table experience!


You can also experience our “Working Coffee House” where we source beans from around the world and transform them into Creative Living Coffee onsite.



Dine-in & take-out options are available at our convenient location with comfortable indoor seating, including children's play area, and an outdoor patio.

  • Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, managing the drive-thru, and interacting with customers help our team develop strong communication and professional skills.

Creative Living Coffee

Our Creative Living Coffee program engages individuals with disabilities in every step of the coffee production process, from roasting and packaging to brewing and distribution, giving team members valuable hands-on experience and professional skills.


Our C-Cups, whole bean, or ground coffee can be purchased at the café or at the Medina Farmers Market.


Just like anything truly great, amazing coffee doesn’t happen overnight. It takes years of:

  • Selecting the right beans
  • Roasting them to perfection
  • Brewing them just right



Through the program, our team members gain the skills and confidence to master each step of the process, creating coffee that’s as thoughtful and crafted as the people behind it.
