Suzie is a 17-year-old Standardbred mare who began her career on the racetrack before working as an Amish buggy horse. She recently joined our herd alongside Lainey, starting an exciting new chapter. We’re grateful to Elaine for making it possible for Suzie to join our team, and we’re excited to see her become a cherished member of the barn.

Stella

With a gentle spirit and a bay-colored coat that gleams, Stella is our 27-year-old registered Icelandic pony who quickly became a beloved member of the team. Excelling in his role as a companion to riders in wheelchairs, Willow effortlessly bridges the gap between ability and accessibility, bringing joy and empowerment to all who ride with him. Despite his elegance, Willow harbors a playful spirit, often engaging in spirited games of chase with the volunteers, seizing any opportunity to interact and make memories. With his boundless energy and magnetic personality, Willow enriches our barn with laughter and camaraderie.

We owe a heartfelt thank you to the Special Olympics of Medina County, whose generous donation made it possible for Betty to join our family. With her endearing personality and grateful spirit, Betty embodies the joy and fulfillment of finding one's purpose.

Explore our ranch, and you may catch a glimpse of this majestic huntress in her element, adding her own brand of charm to the vibrant tapestry of life here.

Spot

Introducing Spot, the endearing bunny who calls our ranch home. Though initially shy, Spot's gentle nature has endeared her to all who meet her. Come say hello to Spot, the bashful bunny with a story of resilience and companionship.

Adopt-a-Horse

It takes a special horse to help people with disabilities. For $5,000, you can "adopt" one of our great horses, or donkey, for a year to cover the feed, farrier, and vet services. A special plaque announcing your generosity will be placed on your adopted horse's stall, and you will receive updates about your horse throughout the year.  Of course, we would love to introduce you in person to your new family member and are happy to schedule visits and a tour.

Please contact Chrissi Stohlman at cstohlman@medinacreativeaccessibility.com or 330.591.4434 to learn which animals are available for adoption.
